Master Cleanse Day 1

Hello All!


I'm back with a new objective that I will definitely need to post about to keep me on track. After not sticking on the right track as well once I got back to Boston, I was feeling down and the "Master Cleanse" was suggested to me. So I'm going to be starting the process today! It's supposed to make you healthier and not want unhealthy food so much while getting rid of all these toxins.

Day 1
So today you are supposed to have just veggies and fruits and water. This morning wasn't so hard. I got out of bed kind of late and got the groceries. By the time I got home i was very hungry and an orange was perfect! I had some carrot sticks later, a kiwi, more carrot sticks, 2 peppers, and more carrot sticks. Also some all natural fruit juice. I am not satisfied but feeling like I can get through today. We'll have to see how it goes! Keep me strong people!

Good for you. The first couple of days are the worse, But also the most important.

Your insulin levels are going to be trying to balance out and lots of gross toxins being burned by your body. I find the biggest benefit completed by 5 days in.
