Week 9
Hey there! Sorry about the delay!
So I don't have a whole lot of updating to give you guys....it's been pretty busy with work and working out and all that. I also don't have a video...I'll just do a quick post and fill you in with things. I've lost a total of 14lbs so far and hoping to step it up this month. Part of my plan is to do kickboxing once a week for the next 4 weeks. I'm kinda nervous my lack of coordination is going to get the best of me there, but I think the change in exercise will help boost things a bit. Also next month I'll be trying to stick strictly to Jillian Michael's book that will give me strict guidelines as to work outs and food which will be good. I just can't do it until I've built up my athletic ability more. But with how things are going I have definite hope to be in perfect condition to be ready for that book by August 1st.
As far as personal stuff goes I have a plane ticket to Boston for September 2nd. It's a little later than I had thought when I first came home but the ticket prices are $100 cheaper! Plus it will give me time to be even more fit and make more money! I miss everyone back east terribly. Good people and good times. Anyways, please feel free to text, email, or IM me at any point and let me in on your lives while I'm out here on the desert.
