Week 5
Hello to all
Just a day behind this week...but still sorry about the delay. So not such a great week though...I have hit my first plateau of the summer. No weight loss and barely any fractions of inches off of my measurements. I freaked out for a while but then realized it's a perfectly normal thing and it's to be expected especially after the 10 lb loss. I am relieved that I haven't gained any back so I'll hold on to that thought for now. But it does mean I'm kicking things up to the next level this coming week. I'm going to be increasing resistance/weight and reps this coming week, as well as fixing just a few things that are still wrong with my diet. For instance I started to slowly make my lunches a bit bigger and I need to shrink those back down. I also need to get back on track about eating many smaller meals to keep my metabolism high.
So as part of my stepping up I need to re-make my work out mix. The one I have now is good, but it's getting old after listening to it every day! I'd like it if you guys could help me with that part by giving me at least a few names of songs/artists that you like to listen to when you work out or music that pumps you up. Everyone should be able to comment on these since I changed the settings put if not then feel free to email me or something. It really would be a big help to have that ultra pump up list, so please more people respond than did for my last assignment for you people...i mean that was just sad. One response...it was a good one...but just one?
So in other news, I spent most of the week painting the downstairs bathroom which ended up being a total pain in the arse, though it does look beautiful now. Also I went on two interviews. One was a no go and I'm still waiting on the other who said they'd get back to me around Monday...so wish me luck because I need that money! Other than that we'll be celebrating my birthday this coming week when my Dad comes home.
Finally, still no sign of the video camera so I'm just gonna post a video that gave me a good chuckle! Thanks for reading and please send me the names of your work-out songs!!!!
