Day 3
Okay, first let me say, STOP carrying around strong smelling good food! Also, food commercials are so evil and I have banned myself from watching the food network. I don't feel like I'm really missing nutrients or anything, I just want the food. In fact, today was another good energy day. I even moved a bed (with significant from Benn) and I'm going strong!
Anyways, today was the OJ day. I have probably gone through a little more than a regular carton of orange juice and a bunch of water. I'm excited to try the drink tomorrow. It will be my meals for the next 8ish days. You are supposed to stay on that part for 10 days but I want to be back on normal/solid food by the time I have to fly home so I'll be cutting it short just a little. I've noticed a difference in weight and shape but I'm not taking it too seriously yet because this is the stuff I'll be gaining back when I go back to solid food. anyways, back to hw! see ya tomorrow!
